UNITY USA. (the “Company”) provides the following limited warranty for EVO Series products:

For a period of ten (10) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of initial installation, the Company warrants against defects in EVO Series products, including yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. This warranty is valid only for products professionally installed according to Company recommendations.

Additionally, for a period of four (4) years from the initial installation date, the Company covers additional defects such as oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, and fading. Again, this coverage applies exclusively to products installed per Company guidelines.

If the product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its discretion, either remove or replace the product without charge. If replacement is chosen, the Company will arrange for an authorized installer to remove and reapply the product as necessary. Parts and labor are covered under this warranty. Replacement of defective film is the exclusive remedy for all covered products.

During the Warranty Period, repair or replacement will be limited to the specific product that fails due to a manufacturing defect, using products available at the time of repair or replacement. Repaired or replaced products remain subject to the original Warranty Period, with no extension or initiation of a new warranty period.

To obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty, provide the Company with proof of warranty card, a copy of the original receipt indicating coverage areas, and a detailed description of the purported defect. Service requests must be submitted in writing to the authorized Company installer who performed the installation, including claimant’s information and details of the defect.

This Limited Warranty is transferable upon submission of proof of the original installation date by the new owner and proof of inspection by professional installer. Transfer only entitles the new owner to coverage for the remaining original Warranty Period.

UNITY USA's Paint Protection films serve as a robust sacrificial layer, offering effective paint protection.

This Limited Warranty excludes coverage for defects resulting from:

1. Failure to adhere to UNITY USA's guidelines or instructions, such as exposure to physical abuse, including chemical abuse (e.g., harsh cleansers and solvents), extreme temperatures, or misuse;
2. Improper storage, installation, handling, or usage of the Product;
3. Damage not attributable to manufacturing defects occurring while the Product is in the customer's possession;
4. Unreasonable or unintended use of the Product;
5. Installation of Products known to have visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation, including scratches, scuffs, scrapes, or chips on the painted surface;
6. Stains and scratches;
7. Damage to the covered surface due to improper washing techniques, automatic car washes, or inappropriate wash tools causing abrasion, or by unauthorized third parties;
8. Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, or chips on the painted surface;
9. Water spots, which result from mineral deposits and may stain the paint protection film if allowed to dry; water spots are not covered;
10. Damage resulting from collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or paint manufacturer defects, which may be covered under the manufacturer's protection plan;
11. Usage in non-automotive applications;
12. Application of non-UNITY USA branded ceramic coatings;
13. Damages caused by external forces, including the physical impact of rocks or road debris.

Any information or suggestion provided by UNITY USA regarding the Products, including applications, specifications, or compliance with codes and standards, is offered solely for your convenience and is provided without any guarantee of accuracy or suitability. The warranties provided herein constitute the sole warranties made by UNITY USA. in connection with its products. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO BUYER/OWNER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, STATUTORY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO GOOD WILL OR REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN REASONABLY FORESEEN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, THE SALE, DELIVERY, SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY OF BUYER TO ANY THIRD PARTY

Annual Inspections

To uphold the warranty on your product, it is imperative to undergo an annual inspection throughout the warranty period, as outlined in the product specifications. This inspection must be conducted by an UNITY USA certified Installer each year and should be finalized within 30 days before or after the initial date of installation or the date of any preceding inspection or service. Failure to fulfill the inspection within the stipulated timeframe will result in the voidance of the Limited Warranty. Any charges incurred by the UNITY USA Certified Installer for the annual inspection, including but not limited to exterior wash, decontamination, and inspection, will be the responsibility of the owner. It is essential to retain proof of all inspections, as they must be furnished in the event of a Limited Warranty-related issue.

Installation times will vary. Installation may take three to four business days from the time that you drop off your vehicle.

Jambs are not included. Speak with an installer if you would like to add door jambs for an additional cost.

For Tesla Paint Protection Program. There is a one-year warranty for any issues related to the installation of the films, in accordance with the UNITY EVO SERIES PPF WARRANTY For any material defects, we will honor a ten-year warranty for clear films, and a five-year warranty for Color Films.

This is a self-healing paint-film that can be waxed, polished, clay barred and ceramic coated just like traditional automotive paint. If the vehicle is taken through an automatic car wash, the film should return to its original condition within 24-48 hours if micro-scratches occur.

Yes. Our network of shops has trained experience in wet-apply films, should have no issue removing this film.

Your vehicle must be a New or less than 500 miles to be participating in this program. In general, your vehicle must be free from any dents, nicks and scratches. Any irregularities will telegraph to the film and accentuate the irregularity. Installer perform a pre-installation inspection of your vehicle’s paint and may direct you to have paint correction completed before we are able to accept the vehicle for the installation of this product.
